Lee Spector

Lee Spector is currently a Director in Global Alternative Operations at BlackRock, where they are accountable for private and illiquid multi-asset fund of funds and separately managed accounts. Prior to this role, Lee served as an Executive Director in Alternative Investment Operations at Morgan Stanley for two decades, overseeing various teams responsible for accounting and operational support of alternative investment portfolios. Lee began their career as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young after earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from Villanova University.
