Lindsey Haswell

Lindsey Haswell serves as a member of the Board of Directors for BlackRock's iShares Delaware Trust Sponsor LLC and is actively involved in multiple audit committees for various iShares trusts. As Chief Legal & Administrative Officer at MoonPay, Lindsey oversees the legal, policy, compliance, and people functions. Lindsey is also an initial contributor to Core DAO, an EVM-compatible blockchain project, and has been an angel investor since 2018. Previous roles include Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Blockchain.com and Lime, and director positions focusing on regulatory and litigation matters at Uber. With a robust background in civil litigation from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Lindsey holds a Juris Doctorate from USC Gould School of Law and another J.D. from New York University School of Law, along with a B.A. in Political Science and Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern California.
