Nigel Williams

Nigel Williams is a seasoned expert in talent acquisition, currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at BlackRock since April 2022. Previously, Nigel held the same title at Moody's Corporation, overseeing a team of 100 and managing the recruitment processes across major global regions, while successfully filling over 2,900 positions annually. Additional experience includes key roles at Invesco Ltd., Interstate Hotels & Resorts, International Adventures, Universal Orlando Resort, and Loews Hotels, where Nigel demonstrated a consistent ability to lead and execute comprehensive talent strategies, resulting in the hiring of thousands annually across diverse sectors. Nigel holds a Master of Human Resources from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from the University of Sussex.
