They have served in key roles, including as the Global Head of People Experience at Preqin and Director at BlackRock, while previously holding positions at Emerson Process Management and the National Environment Agency. With a strong foundation in human resources management, Preslene completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Curtin University and has led transformative HR initiatives across the APAC region, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
