Sandra Boss

Sandra Boss is a Senior Managing Director and the Chair of BlackRock UK, where they engage with clients, corporates, and policymakers to leverage BlackRock’s global platform for the UK market. In 2023, they served as the Chief Operating Officer for BlackRock’s Global Client Business, leading initiatives to enhance client service. Previously, they were the Global Head of Investment Stewardship at BlackRock and an external member of the Prudential Regulation Committee at the Bank of England. Sandra is also a former senior partner at McKinsey & Co., where they advised global companies across various sectors. They earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in American Studies and Economics from Stanford University.
