Sarah Ryan

Sarah Ryan is the Global Co-Head of Alternatives Tax at BlackRock, a position held since 2023. Previously, they served as Managing Director of Product Tax - Alternatives at BlackRock from 2017 to 2023 and worked as a Tax Associate at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP and O'Melveny & Myers LLP. Their earlier career includes experience as a Tax Manager at Deloitte Tax LLP and an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch. Ryan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Harvard University and holds multiple degrees from New York University School of Law, including a J.D. and an LL.M. in Taxation.
