Scott Birse

Scott Birse is a Senior Contract Counsel with extensive experience in legal and investment documentation. They have served as Vice President at BlackRock, leading the Onboarding-Contracting Team and overseeing legal agreements across the EMEA region. Previously, they held various roles including Solicitor at Maclay Murray & Spens LLP and Trainee Solicitor at Morton Fraser, where they gained a broad range of experience in project finance transactions. Scott also completed internships at SNR Denton and Mullen and Co, and was active in student ambassador roles while earning multiple degrees at the University of Aberdeen.
