Tom Downey

Tom Downey is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment operations. Currently serving as a Director at BlackRock since January 2000, Tom Downey oversees the Trade Support Services business within the Global Investment Operations team. Prior to this role, Tom Downey worked as a Senior Mutual Fund Accountant at SEI Investments from January 1997 to December 1999, where responsibilities included daily account reconciliations and NAV production for various mutual funds. Tom Downey holds an Associate degree in Business Administration from Delaware County Community College and has attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Educational background also includes a high school diploma from West Chester East High School.
