Rhea Alton serves as the Director of Operations at J&PR, where responsibilities include managing operations for a digital marketing and training company that aids various businesses in their communication and marketing efforts. In addition, Rhea is a trainer, mentor, and speaker on PR's significance in business, offering courses for both employees and sole traders. At BlackRook Media, Rhea lectures at the BlackRook Media Academy, delivering Digital Bootcamps aimed at skill enhancement for the unemployed and working individuals. Rhea also holds the position of Show Secretary for the Shropshire County Show and has an extensive background in journalism, notably as a Court Reporter and Chief Reporter for Shropshire Star and various other media roles. Johnson and FIRST Agency. We’ve deployed our teams in Switzerland, Canada, Australia, Holland, Spain, France and in 2024 will be working in China and Indonesia. Our coaching team has trained all of the BBC’s UK digital apprentices over the last seven years. We also run Digital Skills Bootcamps funded by the West Midlands Combined Authority, teaching hundreds of learners social media content creation skills across the region. BlackRook has produced more than 300 half-hour current affairs programmes for the broadcaster Iran International and provided more than 50 of its staff in London over four years to support Nigeria’s ARISE News.
