Kumba Janga

Kumba Janga is a highly experienced professional in software engineering and data governance, currently serving as the Chapter President for the Greater Philadelphia chapter of The Blacks In Technology Foundation since February 2021. With over a decade of experience at JPMorgan Chase, Kumba has held multiple roles including Senior Software Engineer and Application Support Specialist, focusing on analyzing complex financial data, supporting business intelligence dashboards, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Prior to this, Kumba led quality assurance initiatives at PHH Mortgage and TVWorks Integration- Comcast, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring software quality throughout various mortgage processes. Kumba holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Drexel University, completed in 2007.
