Christian Hedge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in proposal management and military operations. Currently serving as a Proposal Manager at BlackSea Technologies since April 2025, Christian leads the development of proposals for advanced autonomous maritime solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet Department of Defense and international requirements.
