Percy Mahatan

Percy Mahatan currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at BlackSea Technologies, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this, Percy held various financial leadership roles, including Director of Operational Finance and FP&A at Jacobs and BlackLynx, both of which involved significant contributions to operational finance functions post-acquisitions. Previous positions also include Senior Finance Manager at Caliburn International and CACI International Inc., and Finance Manager at Six3Systems. Percy's career began in investment banking with Jefferies and The McLean Group, and also included a role as an Underwriter at Zurich North America. Percy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland, obtained in 2002.
