Jesse Miller

Jesse Miller is an experienced aerospace professional currently serving as Constellation Operations Manager and previously as Sr. Constellation Operations Engineer at BlackSky since February 2022. With a background as a Combat Aircraft Training Specialist at CoAspire, Jesse developed virtual training courseware for F/A-18 and EA-18G pilots. Prior roles include Test Director at CAE and EA-18G Subject Matter Expert at STRIKE FIGHTER CONSULTING, focusing on the testing and evaluation of simulation systems. Jesse's military experience spans almost a decade with the US Navy, where responsibilities included serving as an EA-18G and F/A-18E-F Test Pilot and Project Officer. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, along with additional education from the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School and the Naval Postgraduate School.
