Kshitij Jain

Kshitij Jain is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and private equity. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in the Investment Team at BlackSoil since March 2025, Kshitij previously held senior and analyst roles at Pioneer Investcorp, excelling in investment banking from July 2023 to March 2025. Kshitij co-founded Vaatsalya Foods, where a strong focus was placed on financial health evaluation and decision-making models. Notable achievements include a rapid promotion at TresVista from Analyst to Senior Analyst in just 16 months, alongside contributions to the successful acquisition of three companies valued at $52M. Kshitij began a Bachelor of Science in Finance at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in 2018 and is currently pursuing an Executive Program in Investment Banking and Capital Markets at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
