Shikhar Dayama

Shikhar Dayama is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in investment banking and structured finance. Currently serving as an Associate in Investments at BlackSoil since November 2023, Shikhar previously worked at KPMG India as an Investment Banking Associate from April 2022 to October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Analyst in Structured Finance and Portfolio Management at NatWest from May 2019 to March 2022, as well as an Article Trainee at Chaturvedi & Shah from September 2015 to August 2018. Shikhar holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai, and has completed a program in Equity Research at NSE Academy. Additionally, Shikhar achieved the CFA designation from the CFA Institute between December 2019 and August 2022.
