Terri Hall

Terri Hall serves as the People & Culture Director at BlackStar since January 2023, focusing on team care in a hybrid work environment by fostering individual relationships and promoting employee wellness. Previously, Terri held roles at Good Work Institute from September 2018 to December 2022, initially as Communication and Network Manager before transitioning to Co-Executive Director, where leadership involved strengthening organizational branding and member engagement. In prior positions at Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, Terri contributed as Community Engagement Specialist and Independent Consultant, overseeing various engagement and fundraising initiatives. Other experiences include directing new media conferences at Integrated Media Association and writing for multiple platforms, complemented by a BA in Communication from the University of Michigan.
