Angela Vars

Angela Vars is an experienced professional in early childhood education and event management. Since November 2015, Angela has served as the Early Intervention Supervisor at Meeting Street, following roles at Blackstone Caterers as Event Manager since 2012, and as Local Childcare Coordinator for Cultural Care Au Pair from September 2010 to September 2014. Angela also contributed to Child & Family Services of Newport County as an Outreach Worker for Project Early Start from June 2011 to July 2013, focusing on early learning for at-risk children. Angela began a career in childcare as a Childcare Provider at Home Daycare from January 2005 to June 2011. Angela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Rhode Island, earned between 1999 and 2003.
