Ron Colvin II

Ron Colvin II currently serves as the National Training Manager for Learning and Development at Blackstone Consulting, Inc. since February 2023, utilizing the ADDIE model and adult learning theory to design training programs for Kaiser Permanente National Security Services. Previously, Ron held the position of Northern California Training Manager at BCI, where training initiatives focused on de-escalation techniques and physical protection for healthcare personnel. Additionally, as the first Learning and Development Specialist at Rubicon Programs, Ron established learning systems that enhanced employee performance and engagement. Ron's extensive experience includes roles such as Claims Specialist and Training Specialist at the Social Security Administration, Human Resource Manager at Sears, and various educational positions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon and certificates in Training and Human Resource Development from UC Berkeley Extension.
