Mili Alikalfic

Mili Alikalfic has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sarajevo. With a background in energy management and sustainability, Mili has held various roles in companies such as Blackstone Energy Services Inc., where Mili currently serves as the Vice President of Building Performance and Sustainability. In previous roles, Mili has directed energy programs at the City of Mississauga, managed operational and sales activities at Siemens Canada, and overseen energy services solutions at Airtron Canada. Throughout Mili's career, there has been a focus on leading teams to deliver energy efficiency projects and drive customers towards Net-Zero goals.
