Jamie Ramires

Jamie Ramires is an experienced professional in quality assurance and marketing, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Blackstone Law, APC since March 2021. In this role, Jamie develops and implements quality assurance processes to ensure compliance and consistency across operations. Previously, Jamie held positions as Marketing Manager at Blackstone Law, where strategic marketing initiatives were developed, and as Intake Specialist, focusing on building client relationships. Prior experience includes working as a Case Analyst at Knight Law Group, LLP, managing client inquiries, and serving as an ELD Instructional Assistant at Bright Star Schools, assisting students with language barriers. Jamie holds a Certificate in Digital Marketing Science from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension and has completed studies in Legal Interpretation & Translation at UCLA, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Linguistics from California State University, Los Angeles, and an Associate's degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Pasadena City College.
