Lee Leifsen, MBA has had a diverse range of work experiences in various roles and companies. Lee started their career in 2010 as a Financial Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, where they conducted research and analysis on volume trends and operational performance. Lee then moved to Coldwater Creek, where they worked as a Financial Analyst and later as a Senior Financial Analyst, providing financial forecasting and analysis support to different business lines. In 2014, Lee joined Clearwater Paper Corporation as a Financial Analyst & Planner, before being promoted to roles such as Sr. Financial Analyst - Sales and Sr. Financial Analyst - Supply Chain. At Clearwater Paper Corporation, they partnered with sales and supply chain teams to drive forecast accuracy, EBITDA improvements, and capital analysis.
