Carol Jurczyk has over 30 years of experience in revenue cycle management and patient financial services. Currently serving as Revenue Cycle Manager at Blackstone Valley Community Health Care since December 2018, Carol applies extensive expertise in credit and collections, particularly in hospital accounts receivable. Previously, Carol held the role of Supervisor for Physician and Customer Services at CharterCARE Health Partners from January 1989 to November 2018, demonstrating specialist skills in customer service and bad debt reporting.
