Patricia Alvarez

Patricia Alvarez, LICSW, currently serves as the Director of Integrative Behavioral Health at Blackstone Valley Community Health Care since November 2023. Prior to this role, Patricia Alvarez worked as a Family Case Manager at Community Care Alliance from May 2001 to November 2023. Patricia Alvarez earned a Master's degree in Social Work from Wheelock College between 2013 and 2016.
