Blackstone Valley Prep (BVP) is an intentionally diverse network of tuition-free public schools chartered by the Rhode Island Department of Education. BVP offers a high-quality public school choice to the families of Central Falls, Cumberland, Lincoln, and Pawtucket, and currently serves 2,300 scholars, ages 5-22, across six schools. A member of the Rhode Island Mayoral Academies network, BVP’s mission is to prepare every scholar to achieve their goals for college and the world beyond.

The Operations Team at Blackstone Valley Prep Mayoral Academy oversees the logistical and infrastructural functions across all six schools. This includes ensuring facilities management, transportation, food services, safety protocols, and technological support are all effectively coordinated to create a conducive learning environment for the 2,300 scholars. By maintaining seamless operations, they support the educational mission and contribute to the overall smooth running of the schools.
