Alec Livney

Alec Livney is a finance student at Georgetown University, expected to graduate in 2025, with a Bachelor of Business Administration focusing on Finance and Financial Management Services. Currently serving as an Incoming 2024 Summer Analyst at Blackstone, Alec also holds the position of Analyst at the Georgetown University Public Real Estate Fund, where involvement includes education in commercial real estate valuation and successful portfolio pitches. As Co-Founder and COO of Estuary, Alec contributes to entrepreneurial initiatives. Previous experience includes a Private Wealth Management Summer Analyst role at William Blair, where participation in case competitions and client relationship management was key, along with a summer internship at Peak Properties focusing on property management analysis. Alec has also worked as a Staff Writer for The Hoya, Georgetown’s largest newspaper, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills in editorial content creation.
