Ashim Shrestha

Ashim Shrestha is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security and technology administration. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Cybersecurity at Blackstone since August 2021, Ashim previously held the position of Information Security Analyst at Prudential Financial, where responsibilities included configuring network security protocols and collaborating with various security operations teams. Ashim's career also encompasses roles as an Information Technology Administrator, System Engineer, Quality Engineer, and Laboratory Assistant, contributing to a breadth of expertise from troubleshooting to security policy management. Ashim holds a Master's degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Administration and Security, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology focused on Network and Information Security, both from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
