Erica Ruckman

Erica Ruckman is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in human resources and education. Currently serving as Director at Blackstone since August 2022, Erica has held significant roles including Global Banking HRBP/US Early Careers at BNP Paribas and Campus Strategy/MBA Recruiting at Bank of America. Previous experience includes positions focused on attorney recruiting and diversity at Robinson Bradshaw and human resources at K&L Gates.
