Kate O’Neil

Kate O'Neil is a Senior Vice President at Blackstone, where they have held various roles since 2022, including Legal Secondee and Vice President. They previously worked as an Associate at Fried Frank and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, focusing on capital markets, M&A, and REITs. Kate gained early legal experience as a Legal Extern at the University of Virginia and a Summer Law Clerk at the United States Attorney's Office. They earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Clemson University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Kate is currently pending admission to the D.C. Bar and practices under the supervision of D.C. Bar members.
