Megan Hayes

Megan Hayes serves as a Board Member at The New York Pops since June 2024 and holds the position of Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Product Officer at Blackstone Technology & Innovations since April 2022. Previously, Megan Hayes worked at Capital One from August 2018 to April 2022 in various leadership roles, including Vice President of Engineering for Small Business Card Technology and Mainstreet Technology. Prior experience includes Vice President of Digital Platforms at Morgan Stanley, Vice President of Offers Management & Targeting at Bank of America, and Change Management Specialist at UBS. Megan Hayes obtained a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Engineering in Physics and Electrical Engineering from New York University.
