Mona Patel

Mona Patel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Director of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Blackstone since April 2022. Previously, Mona held the position of Manager of Entry Level Recruiting at Lowenstein Sandler LLP for eight years, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment strategies for entry-level positions at a prominent law firm. Prior to that role, Mona worked as a Recruiter at GEP Worldwide from October 2007 to April 2014, focusing on the recruitment of management consultants in procurement and supply chain solutions across various senior-level roles. Mona holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Rutgers University.
