Prakash Rajah

Prakash Rajah is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as Managing Director at Blackstone since January 2020, Prakash also holds the position of Non Executive Director at Advance, which connects Australian professionals globally, and is a Council Member of Atelier at the Art Gallery NSW, focusing on philanthropy and community outreach. Prior roles include Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management, specializing in private equity and special situation investments, as well as a Commercial Advisor at Quadrant Energy, overseeing finance integration and M&A activities. Earlier career experience includes significant roles in Goldman Sachs' Investment Banking Division, providing M&A advisory across various sectors. Prakash holds an Honours degree in Finance from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
