Sarah Hylton

Sarah Hylton currently serves as a Principal at Blackstone since September 2024. Previously, Sarah held the position of Counsel at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from July 2018 to August 2024, and began as an Associate at the same firm thereafter. Prior to that, Sarah was an Associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP from September 2016 to June 2018, following a role as a Summer Associate at the same company in 2015. Sarah also gained valuable experience as an intern for the Honorable Vincent Briccetti in the summer of 2014. Sarah's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law, a Business Bridge Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Government and Art History from Dartmouth College. Sarah also participated in the Dartmouth College Foreign Study Program in 2011 and completed secondary education at Greenwich Academy.
