Tara Rapp

Tara (Dodge) Rapp is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Assistant Vice President - Human Resources at Blackstone since July 2025. Previously, Tara held the role of Recruiter at Clyde Staffing from 2024 until March 2025, and spent seven years at Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC in various positions, including Associate in Global and US Institutional Client Service and Talent Acquisition - Client Services & Investments. Earlier in the career, Tara worked as a Campus Recruiter at Jefferies from June 2016 to September 2017. Tara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Clemson University in 2016 and completed education at Sacred Heart Academy prior to that.
