Yixiao Liu

Yixiao Liu is a Managing Director with GSO Capital Partners. Ms. Liu has been involved in analyzing private and public debt, distressed and special situations, and mezzanine investments in the energy industry.

Prior to joining GSO in 2015, Ms. Liu worked at Blackstone Securities Partners where she advised clients in the energy sector on various M&A, restructuring, and strategic matters. Before joining Blackstone, Ms. Liu worked in Morgan Stanley’s Fixed-Income Group.

Ms. Liu received a BA in Mathematics and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
