Harold Collum has a varied work experience spanning over a decade. Harold is the founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Blackswan Cybersecurity LLC, where they manage long-term strategic vision for the company and collaborates with clients and strategic partners. Collum is also the co-founder and Executive Director of Cyber Future Foundation, an international consortium involved in cyber security promotion and building a global cyber security ecosystem. At US Data Mining Inc., which they founded and served as CEO, they developed customizable database software applications and established partnerships with chief security officers and other professionals. Collum is a member of the RIM Council at Ponemon Institute, contributes as a Chairman of the Advisory Board for Cyber Forensics Lab at the University of North Texas, and an Advisory Board Member for the Cyber Security Program, at Collin College. Harold is also a Board of Directors member for the North Texas Chapter of the Cloud Security Alliance and for the North Texas Crime Commission. Additionally, they served as Cyber Security Director at Deputize America. From 2018 to 2020, Collum was a member of Southern Methodist University's Cyber Security Advisory Council.
Harold Collum holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science/Biology from Andrews University. Harold also has completed graduate courses in Research Methodology and Quantitative Methods from The University of Texas at Arlington and Graduate Studies in Statistics and Research Methodology from the University of North Texas. In 2012, they completed the FBI Citizens Academy in Dallas, TX. Harold also obtained a Real Estate Sales License from the Texas Real Estate Commission in June 1980.
