Chulendra Wibhavashakthi has a work experience spanning from 2016 to the present. In 2016, they began their first internship at ZTE Lanka (PVT) Ltd, where they gained experience in areas such as Core Networks, BTS, IDU, IBS, IPTV, and TSS. This internship lasted for 3 months. In 2017, Chulendra completed their second internship at the National Engineering Research and Development Centre (NERDC) for a period of 3 months. During this time, they contributed to successful projects involving a Surveillance Robot and an Envelop Making Machine in the Mechatronics Department.

Starting in 2019, Chulendra joined Axiata Digital Labs as a Data Engineer. Chulendra'srole involved working on projects related to Data Visualization, Data Science, and Data Engineering. Chulendra utilized various technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Flask, Tableau, SQL, Hadoop, Impala, GIT, and more. Some of their notable projects included Face Recognition using PyTorch and Flask, Clutter Detection using YOLO, a Management Dashboard using Tableau, Data Studio, and Power BI, and a Sonarqube ETL project using Python, Postman, Linux, GCE, GCS, and BigQuery.

Most recently, in 2022, Chulendra joined Sampath Bank as a Lead Software Engineer.

Chulendra Wibhavashakthi pursued a BSc. in Engineering with a focus on Electrical and Information Engineering at the University of Ruhuna from 2015 to 2019. Before that, in 2014, Chulendra obtained a National Certificate of English from the Hardy Advanced Technological Institute. Chulendra completed their GCE A/L studies in Physical Sciences at D.S. Senanayake National School from 2005 to 2013. In their early education, from 2000 to 2004, Chulendra passed the Grade 5 Scholarship Examination and completed primary education at Kavanthissa Maha Vidyalaya.

In addition to their formal education, Chulendra has also acquired various certifications.
