Tal Cohen

Tal Cohen has extensive work experience in various roles. Tal currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at BlackSwan Technologies, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Data Group at the same company from May 2022 to December 2022.

Before joining BlackSwan Technologies, Tal worked at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel for several years. From July 2018 to May 2022, they held the role of Group Manager and Head of Developer Guild. In these positions, they were responsible for leading the developer guild, conducting design reviews, and training developers on new technologies and practices. Additionally, Tal served as the Web Crawling Team Leader and Scrum master from June 2014 to June 2018, managing a team of up to 10 members and overseeing the development of high-performance applications using cutting-edge technologies.

Prior to their roles at the Office of the Prime Minister, Tal worked as a Software Developer from October 2011 to June 2014, where they specialized in developing web crawlers, conducting research on android apps, and designing webint applications.

Before their time at the Office of the Prime Minister, Tal worked as a .NET Programmer at Matrix from June 2010 to June 2011.

Tal Cohen attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they pursued a degree in ISE-Information System Engineering. Tal completed their education at this institution in 2011.
