Maryana Horlach

Maryana Horlach is the current Chief Operating Officer at Blackthorn Vision. Prior to this, they were a Lecturer at LITS from September 2016 to September 2018, and Head of Strategy Management Office and Strategic Initiatives Manager at ELEKS from January 2020 to November 2020.

Maryana is responsible for close cooperation with the Executive Team in terms of strategy development and setting objectives for upcoming years, defining areas for improvement and looking for opportunities for company's business growth. Currently the initiatives they are responsible for include not only activities related to sales and sales operations, but also company's culture and people as well as tracking and keeping our technology strategy up-to-date.

As a Lecturer at LITS, Maryana conducted lectures on customer engagement, industry best practices related to pre-sale management and required processes. Maryana was also responsible for driving the final workshop of the course aimed at gaining some practical pre-sale knowledge based on working with use cases they developed.

Maryana Horlach reports to Mykhaylo Terentyak, Founder & CEO. They work with Pavlo Sahaydakov - Head of PMO, Hanna Bey - Chief Customer Officer, and Yuriy Horak - Chief Technology Officer.
