Sharon Webb

Sharon Hitchcock Webb, PHR, serves as the Director of Client Services and Strategy at Blackwell HR Solutions since October 2021, having previously held roles such as Senior Human Resources Principal and Human Resources Principal. Prior to this, Sharon worked at OmniTek Consulting, Inc. from February 2016 to January 2020, where positions included HR Operations Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager. Sharon's background also features experience as a Talent Management Specialist in Tax at PwC and as a Recruiter/HR Generalist at NVR, Inc. Additionally, Sharon contributed to ANN INC. in various recruitment and management capacities from 2001 to 2005, showcasing a career that progressed significantly within the organization. Sharon obtained a B.S. in Management from George Mason University.
