Paul Thornton

Paul Thornton has over two decades of management experience in the retail sector. Currently an Area Manager at Blackwell UK Limited since February 2012, Paul previously served as a Branch Management Trainee at Waitrose and held the position of General Manager at Borders (UK) Ltd from 1999 to 2009, overseeing multiple locations including Cheshire Oaks and Stockport. Furthermore, Paul managed the Leeds Metropolitan University Bookshop at Students' Bookshops Ltd from 1993 to 1999, after starting as Assistant Manager at The University of Huddersfield Bookshop. Paul holds a BA (Hons) 2:1 in History and Politics from The University of Huddersfield.
