Brooke Guzar

Brooke Guzar serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Blackwell since April 2017, where responsibilities include leading the strategic direction, managing operations, and promoting a positive company culture within the design community. Prior experience includes roles at WorleyParsons from June 2012 to March 2017, initially as a Project Engineer and later as Plant Engineering Coordinator at Vale Clarabelle Mill, focusing on project management and engineering services for the mining sector. Brooke also held the position of Structural Engineer at Ameresco from May 2006 to May 2012, contributing to various projects across municipal, commercial, and industrial sectors. Brooke Guzar earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from McMaster University between 2003 and 2008.
