Terry Wells

Terry Wells is an experienced technology leader with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Blackwood since July 2004, Terry is responsible for the complete IT architecture, system integration, and adaptation of new technologies and best practices. Prior experience includes serving as Team Lead - Senior Analyst/Programmer at BAE Systems from September 2002 to July 2004, where Terry implemented SQL Server-based databases and created a parts requisition website for the KSA Navy. Additionally, Terry held roles such as Senior Analyst/Programmer at ABN Amro Fixed Income focusing on reconciliation systems, an Independent IT Consultant, and an Analyst/Programmer at Lloyds TSB, developing P&L reconciliation systems. Terry’s early career began at Micro Computer Centre as a Programmer.
