Victoria Kerr is an ambassador for the PCOS Awareness Association, representing Scotland since August 2024. In addition to this voluntary role, Victoria works as a support worker with Blackwood Homes and Care, providing online mental health support. Victoria also contributes as an OPD helper at NHS Scotland and has a long-standing career in photography, running Victoria Kerr Photography since 2012. Previous roles include bartender at The Hanging Bat Beer Cafe, business support at Practical Business Improvements, senior intern at PCOS Buddy, student intern at OCEANIUM, personal assistant at ENABLE Scotland, and Christmas bartender at Underbelly Limited. Victoria holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Aberdeen, a BSc (Hons) in Natural Sciences from The Open University, and a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences from Heriot-Watt University.

Blackwood was founded in 1972 by Dr Margaret Blackwood MBE, a campaigner for the rights and independence of disabled people. We deliver our vision of helping people live their life to the full in the pioneering spirit of Dr Blackwood by providing high quality housing, care and support for disabled people of all ages, with over 1600 homes across all 29 mainland local authorities in Scotland. Our investment in innovation aims to develop a new standard for accessible homes, combining technology, modern construction and engagement with people who live with a disability, to co-design and produce beautiful, affordable, connected homes.
