Lauren Jones has over a decade of experience in business operations and management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Operations at BLACKWOOD since February 2015, Lauren has held various roles including Director of Operations and Operations Lead, focusing on aligning product portfolios with the needs of the Federal Government. Previous experience includes a management position at Nordstrom from June 2010 to February 2015 and participation as a member of Chief since May 2024. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising with a concentration in Advertising from West Virginia University and a Master of Science in Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
