Kari Banick

Kari Banick currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Blackwoods since September 2022, bringing extensive experience in strategy, operations, supply chain, and logistics. Prior to this role, Kari held various leadership positions, including General Manager at Linfox, with a focus on supply chain solutions and automation within the 3PL industry, and National General Manager of Logistics at Metcash, overseeing distribution logistics across multiple sectors. Kari's earlier experience at SUPERVALU included roles such as Director of Retail Communication and Implementation, where innovative strategies for retail operations were executed for over 1,600 stores, and various management positions focusing on operations support and business analysis. Academically, Kari holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from St. Cloud State University and has completed significant coursework towards an MBA in Strategic Management at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
