Mark Christensen began their career in 2007 as a Guest Service Team Leader at Target, where they coordinated cashiers, guest services and cash office, and coached team members on performance. In 2008, they moved to Walt Disney World as a Guest Relations Host, where they earned a full-time position after an internship by demonstrating passion for the Disney brand and proven ability to resolve difficult problems while maintaining very high customer satisfaction. In 2010, they joined Blade HQ as Chief Executive Officer, Director of Marketing, and Shipping Specialist. As Director of Marketing, they developed, implemented, and tracked digital marketing campaigns for a network of websites and social media platforms. Mark also directed a $50,000 marketing budget and a 10-person marketing team, including 6 direct reports. Additionally, they created the marketing department after presenting a strategic proposal to the executive team and managed cross-functional teams to execute strategy in diverse marketing channels. Mark analyzed the success of the marketing plan using KPIs and tracking in Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and more.

Mark Christensen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, which they obtained in 2014. Mark also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Brigham Young University, which they obtained in 2007. Mark'sBA was a double major in International Relations and Russian.
