Constança Távora

Constança Távora began their work experience in 2013 at KPMG, where they served as an Advisor in Management and Risk Consulting for Financial Services until 2016. Constança then took on the role of a Senior Advisor in the same field until 2018. In 2018, they joined Unbabel as a Business Operations Team Lead, where they worked until 2019. In the following year, they became a Business Operations Manager at Circ until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Távora worked as a Strategy Manager at Spin (Ford Mobility). Currently, they hold the position of Senior Strategy Manager at BladeInsight since 2022.

Constança Távora completed their undergraduate studies in Management at Nova School of Business and Economics from 2009 to 2012. Constança then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from 2012 to 2014 at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. Additionally, in 2011 and 2012, they participated in the Erasmus Programme at KU Leuven, although their specific field of study during this period is unknown.
