Isela Costantini

Isela Costantini is a business executive with over 25 years of experience in the financial sector. Isela is currently the Director at Bladex, a Latin American export bank.

Isela has held various positions at different organizations throughout their career. Isela started their professional journey at Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires before moving to BLADEX. After their time at BLADEX, Isela went on to work for San Miguel Global and IRSA PROPIEDADES COMERCIALES.

Most recently, Isela served as an Advisory Board Member for The Hawksbill Group from February 2017 to December 2018. Prior to that, they were on the board of Banco de Alimentos.

Isela’s experience in the financial sector makes their a valuable asset to Bladex. Under their leadership, Bladex has been able to expand its operations and provide financing to small and medium-sized enterprises in Latin America.

Isela Costantini has an extension program from Columbia Business School in M&A, an MBA in marketing and international business from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, a BS in communication with a focus in advertising from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, and additional coursework in communications from Universidad del Salvador, Academia Arguello, and Colegio Marista Santa Maria. Isela is also a certified coolhunter.
