Allison Renfrew

Allison Renfrew is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the spirits and retail industries. Currently serving as Head of Marketing at R&B Distillers since September 2024, and as Marketing Manager at Bladnoch Distillery since June 2023, Allison has previously held significant roles including Head of Marketing at El Bandarra and Cointreau Brand Manager for the UK at Rémy Cointreau. Early career highlights include positions as Business Development Manager at The Scottish Gantry, Marketing Manager at Adcentiv Media, and a range of roles at TOPSHOP TOPMAN. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours degree in Fashion Business and Design from Glasgow Caledonian University, complemented by studies at Glasgow Langside College and Cardonald College.
