Thomas Boule

Thomas Boule is an experienced professional in the construction and military sectors, currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at CoreBuilt Contracting, Inc. since March 2024 and as an Estimator at Blaine Construction Corporation since October 2021. At Blaine Construction, Thomas collaborates with various stakeholders to develop cost-effective solutions for construction projects. Prior to this, Thomas was a Leadership Development Associate at Yates Construction, where participation in a program for transitioning military officers was emphasized, and served in multiple leadership roles within the US Army from June 2015 to January 2021, including Human Resources Manager and Platoon Leader. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, earned in 2015.
